A cantora foi premiada como Álbum Pop do Ano, Melhor Performance Pop Feminina e Melhor Videoclipe Curto por “Bad Romance”, mas perdeu o grande prêmio da noite, Álbum do Ano, para os roqueiros canadenses do Arcade Fire.
